Rosa Munguia joined our practice in 2018 and showed a genuine interest for patient care. She has more than four years of medical experience working as a CNA in adult home health care. She quickly became a Certified Dermatology Technician (CDT) and transitioned to the role of SRT Specialist in our Calhoun location. She takes the time to address her patients concerns and excels in patient care. “I love being able to offer a great alternative to surgery for treating skin cancer. Providing SRT to patients is more than treating skin cancer, it is building genuine, caring relationships with my patients and being a small part of their lives. The last appointment for treatment is always a bit emotional for me. Knowing I will no longer see them twice a week saddens me, but I know they are skin cancer free and that brings me joy.
