Effective September 4, SCCDC will no longer be seeing patients or scheduling appointments at our Dayton office.

While we are consolidating locations, we are not leaving you. Our team remains committed to your care, and patients can continue seeing SCCDC providers at our Hixson, Cleveland, and Athens locations.

This was a thoughtful, long-term business decision specific to the Dayton office, and we are deeply grateful to every patient who has trusted us with their care there.
